Order Management Analyst

About the role

The Order Management Analyst ensures the seamless flow of orders from entry to delivery, acting as the main bridge between customer service, supply planning, and logistics. This position focuses on improving client satisfaction and internal efficiency within the distribution network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end customer order processing, including entry, validation, fulfillment, and delivery.
• Confirm product availability, pricing, and lead times while monitoring open orders for risks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between operations and sales teams.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, returns, and complaints, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to address root causes.
• Track and analyze order performance data, producing weekly and monthly reports.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate closely with logistics, warehouse, sales, finance, and planning teams to ensure alignment with customer expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or supply planning, preferably in FMCG or logistics.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Experience using CRM platforms, notably Salesforce.
