Operations Automation Specialist

About the role

The Operations Automation Specialist will design, build, and operate scalable automation and digital solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform. Working within Philips’ PCC Service Hubs, you will help teams reduce manual effort, improve quality, and increase consistency across service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Collaborate with the Power Platform Center of Excellence, process owners, SMEs, and hub leaders to identify automation opportunities.
• Translate business processes into technical workflows, create end‑to‑end designs, and maintain documentation.
• Coach citizen developers, share best practices, and lead workshops to promote automation adoption.
• Ensure solutions comply with governance frameworks and align with AI Builder or Copilot Studio capabilities where applicable.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in automation, low‑code development, process improvement, or service delivery optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset, collaborative attitude, and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
