About the role
Heineken Panama is looking for a reliable Forklift Operator to support the movement and storage of finished‑product inventory in its warehouse. The role involves operating a double‑hook forklift on a rotating shift schedule while ensuring safety and compliance with company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Physically transfer and store inventory within the finished‑product warehouse.
- Safeguard material during transport until it reaches its final loading point.
- Inspect the proper functioning of forks, lift mast, safety belt, fire extinguisher, horn and lights.
- Check the forklift for physical damage such as dents or scratches.
- Verify that the equipment shows no oil leaks.
- In case of product breakage, clean the affected area and request supervisor support if needed.
- Follow environmental and waste‑handling protocols, including responsible water use.
Required profile
- Completed high school (Bachiller).
- Experience operating a forklift with a double hook.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
