About the role

The Rotational Officer program is designed for recent graduates who want to launch their career in the financial services sector in Panama. Participants will rotate through multiple business areas, leading real projects and gaining exposure to senior stakeholders from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotational program across various business units.
• Lead and implement strategic projects that improve processes and efficiency.
• Perform data analysis to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Develop project plans, monitor execution, and present findings to key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Systems, Marketing or related fields.
• Studies completed outside of Panama.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and PMI project management standards.
• Strong communication, teamwork, proactive attitude and self‑management skills.
• Interest in financial services and internal consulting.
