About the role
We are looking for a proactive New Business Lead Generation Specialist to drive outbound sales efforts. The role is primarily remote and focuses on creating fresh business opportunities rather than cross‑selling or customer success.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage high‑potential prospects through cold calling and targeted outreach.
- Develop and execute creative, strategic sales approaches using existing marketing materials.
- Maintain a strong sales presence in interviews and client conversations.
- Work autonomously to meet lead generation targets and report progress.
Required profile
- Solid experience in outbound lead generation and sales.
- Fluent English; ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Hunter mindset with a focus on new business acquisition.
- Experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR), preferably in high‑growth SaaS or technology environments.
Required skills
- Cold‑calling proficiency.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strategic and creative sales planning.
