Network & Security Specialist – Global Network Services

About the role

Signify is seeking a Network & Security Specialist to join its Global Network Services team in Panama City. The role will design, implement and secure enterprise networking and security infrastructure across a worldwide environment, supporting offices, manufacturing sites, data centres and cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and support LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN, SD‑WAN, DNS, DHCP and IPAM solutions.
• Administer and enhance network security services such as firewalls, Secure Web Gateway, SSE, ZTNA, WAF, CDN and Cloudflare platforms.
• Ensure global connectivity for offices, manufacturing sites, data centres, cloud environments and remote users.
• Lead troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and resolution of complex network and security incidents.
• Collaborate with global IT, cybersecurity teams, vendors and business stakeholders to modernise infrastructure through automation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting enterprise networking and network security environments.
• Hands‑on experience with routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, DNS, DHCP, IPAM and cloud networking.
• Proven ability to work with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cloudflare, Aruba, Meraki, VMware SD‑WAN or similar platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to relocate to Panama City (candidates from Latin America considered).
