Multichannel Operations Specialist

About the role

The Multichannel Operations Specialist runs daily fulfillment across Direct‑to‑Consumer, Retail, Wholesale and Marketplace channels. You will own SLA adherence with our 3PL, manage invoice audits, dispute recovery and maintain trackers that give the operations team visibility into exceptions before they become costs.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily order fulfillment across Shopify (D2C), Amazon FBA, retail store orders, wholesale and marketplace channels.
• Monitor 3PL SLA performance, escalating delays the same day they occur.
• Align inventory across pre‑orders, back‑orders and channel prioritisation with the planning team.
• Own retail and Amazon order management from submission through delivery, handling exceptions and SLA performance.
• Manage wholesale B2B order flow from push‑to‑3PL through delivery, resolving inventory exceptions.
• Run daily order exception management on Fulfil and ShipMonk, identifying mapping issues and backlogs.
• Serve as primary point of contact with the 3PL for D2C, marketplace, returns and Amazon FBA fulfillment delays.
• Reconcile 3PL invoices against contract terms, flag discrepancies and track disputes to resolution.
• Maintain purchase order, shipment, cost and invoice trackers and update SOPs for owned processes.

Required profile

• Structured, analytical decision‑making with ability to adapt to shifting priorities and peak‑season demand.
• At least 3 years of experience in order management systems, fulfillment and reverse‑logistics workflows.
• Previous experience in a direct‑to‑consumer or omnichannel fashion brand is a plus.
