Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL)

About the role

The Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) will act as the scientific bridge between our company and key opinion leaders, specialists, and healthcare professionals. You will exchange non‑promotional scientific and medical information, support clinical studies, and gather field insights to shape our medical strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with external stakeholders, including KOLs and healthcare professionals.
• Provide scientific and medical support for clinical trials, evidence generation programs, and scientific activities.
• Collect and communicate field insights to inform medical and commercial strategies.
• Exchange up‑to‑date, non‑promotional scientific data with the medical community.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology or a related health science discipline.
• Previous experience as an MSL, Medical Advisor, or in a similar medical role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of therapeutic areas (e.g., Oncology, Neurology, Fertility) is desirable.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Fluency in English (intermediate‑advanced).
