Medical Sales Representative – Regenerative Medicine

About the role

The Medical Sales Representative will join Regeneration Clinic of Panamá’s growing team to promote its cutting‑edge stem cell and regenerative medicine services. Based in Panama City, this full‑time, on‑site position focuses on building relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals to generate patient referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Present the clinic’s regenerative therapies and stem‑cell treatments to doctors, clinic managers, and hospital administrators.
• Provide detailed scientific and clinical information, answering technical questions and supporting decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, track prospects in a CRM system, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with medical, scientific, and administrative teams to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date product knowledge.
• Attend industry conferences, seminars, and local events to increase brand visibility.
• Conduct regular field visits to healthcare facilities, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or clinical service sales, with a track record of prospecting and closing opportunities.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities, capable of explaining complex medical concepts clearly.
• Foundational knowledge of medicine, pharmacy, or related scientific fields.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a health‑related, scientific, or business discipline is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish and willingness to work on‑site in Panama.
