Marketing & Creative Ops Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Marketing & Creative Operations Manager to join our Owned & Operated team. Reporting to the VP, you will act as a business partner, turning strategic priorities into operational plans that drive conversion and creative efficiency across our digital properties.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the VP to translate strategy into executable operational road‑maps.
• Manage the creative queue with development teams, prioritising requests and ensuring timely delivery.
• Own conversion rate optimisation (CRO) for landing pages, identifying friction points and leading A/B/multivariate testing from hypothesis to result.
• Optimize landing pages, creative assets and content based on performance data and UX best practices.
• Troubleshoot landing‑page, form and campaign performance issues, diagnose root causes and drive fixes.
• Map and audit form actions/logic to guarantee a clean, reliable user experience.
• Pull and interpret data in GA4 to monitor performance, surface issues proactively and propose solutions.
• Run marketing analysis (A/B testing, funnel drop‑off, lead‑quality signals) to support decision‑making.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, accelerate analysis and increase team output.
• Identify and rebuild inefficient processes (documentation, task tracking, QA, reporting) to make the team leaner.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, growth marketing, CRO or a related digital marketing role.
• Familiarity with lead‑generation, affiliate or marketplace business models.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, ownership‑driven attitude.

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) – data extraction and interpretation.
• A/B testing and multivariate testing platforms.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) methodology.
• Form logic mapping and troubleshooting (routing, validation, conditional flows).
• Data analysis and performance reporting.
• AI‑driven workflow automation tools.
