Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will develop and execute brand activation initiatives across online and offline channels for the assigned region. This role supports the marketing team by managing budgets, coordinating events, and creating promotional materials while ensuring alignment with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate brand communication and activation activities across both online and offline channels.
• Manage the regional marketing budget and execute campaigns, material development, training sessions, website updates, trade shows, events, customer meetings, displays, and showroom initiatives.
• Develop activation plans, negotiate with suppliers, obtain quotations, and oversee contract approvals.
• Prepare and analyse marketing execution and investment reports.
• Monitor and control marketing expenses to stay within approved budgets and forecasts.
• Organise installer training sessions, send invitations and issue training certificates.
• Coordinate Midea's participation in trade shows, fairs, conventions and manage booth layouts and product displays.
• Plan meetings and trade shows, manage mailing lists and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Create flyers, brochures, product sheets and merchandising materials while maintaining inventory of promotional items.
• Support product artwork development, including manuals, labels, packaging and boxes.
• Process marketing‑related payments in coordination with Accounting and Treasury.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Advanced written and conversational English.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Valid U.S. visa is a plus.
