Marketing & Administrative Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Marketing & Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and drive marketing initiatives for a client in the real‑estate sector. The position is fully remote, focused on morning hours, and offers 10–15 hours of work per week.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update client records in Lofty CRM.
• Communicate with clients, handle follow‑ups, and manage email campaigns.
• Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns.
• Edit and produce video content for social media and advertising.
• Create marketing assets that align with the company’s brand guidelines.
• Provide general administrative support and ensure organized workflow documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in administrative support, marketing, or virtual assistance.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Lofty.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms and email marketing.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time‑management, and ability to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote‑work environment.
