Machine Learning Engineer – Remote

About the role

As a Machine Learning Engineer at BairesDev, you will design, build, and deploy production‑ready ML models that power real‑time and batch predictions for global clients. You will work closely with data scientists and engineers to turn experimental research into reliable, scalable services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop end‑to‑end machine‑learning pipelines using Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Deploy and manage scalable model‑serving infrastructure for both real‑time and batch inference.
• Implement MLOps practices to automate testing, deployment, versioning, and monitoring of models.
• Continuously monitor production models for performance degradation, data drift, and reliability issues.
• Collaborate with data scientists to translate prototypes into maintainable production code.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Proven track record of building and deploying ML models at scale.
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep‑learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch).
• Hands‑on experience with MLOps tools and model‑serving platforms.
• Advanced English communication skills.
