Logistics & Administrative Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics & Administrative Coordinator supports daily logistics and coordination of field technicians to ensure smooth service delivery for property maintenance customers. You will work within a growing operations team, helping to shape the foundation of a full‑service property maintenance network.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and assign jobs for technicians based on location and workload.
• Plan efficient daily routes, track technician locations, and communicate updates throughout the day.
• Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and management, including confirming appointments and following up on open jobs.
• Update and maintain service logs, work orders, and technician notes in the proprietary database.
• Manage inventory to ensure vehicles are stocked appropriately.
• Perform daily administrative duties such as data entry and processing basic paperwork, including permits.

Required profile

• Experience in operations or administrative coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar service‑management platforms (a plus).
