Logistic Administrator (Panama)

About the role

We are seeking a Logistic Administrator to join Endress+Hauser’s Latin American Support Center in Panama. The role supports business units and customers by overseeing logistics processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and adding value throughout the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor logistics operations for assigned business units, guaranteeing timely flow of goods and information.
• Track deliveries to customers and suppliers, manage shipping documentation, and ensure accurate filing.
• Prepare and validate operational data for billing, supporting timely invoicing.
• Provide administrative, legal and compliance support in line with internal policies and regulations.
• Conduct periodic physical inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies and report to controlling and logistics teams.
• Manage procurement of general services and purchases, adhering to cost‑control guidelines.
• Support travel logistics through the Concur system and external agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, administration or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in logistics, administration or operations support.
• Understanding of legal, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a compliance‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP Business One or similar.
• Familiarity with Concur travel management system.
