About the role

As the Coordination Leader at Mallol, you will ensure the firm’s architectural excellence across Latin America by overseeing the technical quality of high‑profile projects from concept to delivery. You act as the bridge between creative vision, constructive feasibility, and the execution team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects through all AIA phases – conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documents.
• Apply knowledge of materials, construction methods, and engineering integration to anticipate technical and cost risks.
• Define project requirements, manage resources, and coordinate with contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Present planning strategies aligned with client expectations and set milestones, billing, schedule, budget, and scope.
• Drive accountability for contracts, deliverables, and timelines, supervising BIM coordination across specialties.
• Coach Project Architects, guide junior staff, and contribute to Mallol’s annual business plan.
• Participate in talent definition, interviews, and recruitment for project teams.
• Maintain the management system to ensure contract compliance and schedule adherence.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture.
• 10+ years of experience in architecture and project management.
