Lead Generation & Marketing Coordinator

About the role

DNI is seeking a Lead Generation & Marketing Coordinator to build and maintain a high‑quality pipeline of prospective renters and buyers. You will own the day‑to‑day management of paid and listing‑based lead channels and support broader marketing initiatives across social media, email, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and optimise Google Ads search and display campaigns, handling keyword research, ad copy, budgets, bidding, negative keywords and A/B testing.
• Create, maintain and refresh property listings on Zillow, Apartments.com and similar platforms, ensuring accurate photos, descriptions, pricing and availability.
• Log every inquiry in the CRM/spreadsheet, tag its source and route it promptly to the appropriate team member.
• Coordinate first‑response outreach via call, email and text, and nurture leads until they are handed to leasing or sales.
• Track spend, leads, cost‑per‑lead and conversion metrics; produce a weekly performance summary.
• Schedule and post listing and brand content on social media channels.
• Assist with email newsletters, drip campaigns and basic copywriting.
• Coordinate simple graphics and listing photos using tools such as Canva.
• Maintain up‑to‑date listings and contact information on the company website and third‑party directories.
• Provide general marketing and administrative support as priorities shift.

Required profile

• Familiarity with lead generation processes and conversion funnels.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals: audience targeting, cost‑per‑lead, conversion metrics and A/B testing.
• Comfort managing online property listings on platforms like Zillow and Apartments.com.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and ability to keep data clean.
• Clear written and verbal communication with reliable follow‑through.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and common marketing/CRM tools.
