LCL Sales Executive

About the role

Mybox Logistics Group is seeking an LCL Sales Executive to drive sales of its own less‑than‑container‑load (LCL) consolidation services across key origins – Miami, Spain, Italy and China – and destinations in Panama, Costa Rica, Colombia and the Dominican Republic. The role focuses on hunting new business, managing the full sales cycle and expanding the portfolio of forwarding services.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, negotiate and close new LCL cargo business from the four origins, building a pipeline and owning the end‑to‑end sales process.
• Develop competitive, win‑win proposals in coordination with pricing and operations, tracking conversion, volumes and margin contribution as if managing a P&L.
• Identify and grow LCL opportunities within existing accounts, providing consultative solutions based on commodity type, volume patterns and consignee needs.
• Maintain a real‑time CRM with accurate pipeline data and report commercial KPIs such as visits, quotations, bookings, revenue and margin.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of focused experience selling consolidated cargo or LCL services, preferably within freight forwarding or coloading companies.
• Proven hunter mentality with a track record of generating new business and meeting margin‑driven targets.
• Strong knowledge of consolidation solutions, CFS operations, incoterms and trade‑lane development.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
