Key Account Manager – Caribbean Home Appliances

About the role

Samsung Electronics is seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) for its Home Appliance (Linea Blanca) division in the Caribbean region. Based in Panama City, the role focuses on driving revenue and profit growth through strategic planning and execution with channel partners.

Key responsibilities

• Build a foundation for maximizing sales revenue and profit through trusted relationships with channel accounts.
• Set and manage optimal sales targets for each channel to sustain business unit growth.
• Develop and implement sales strategies by analyzing channel accounts, commercial districts, and product portfolios.
• Execute sales activities in collaboration with channel partners to achieve targets.
• Monitor channel performance, manage risks, and foster ongoing revenue growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with mandatory sales experience.
• Previous experience as a Key Account Manager is highly preferred.
• Experience in the Caribbean market is highly desirable.
• Advanced level of English.
• Proven ability to solve complex issues creatively and work independently with minimal supervision.
