About the role

The Brand Manager will design and execute marketing strategies for assigned brands, driving sales, market share and profitability in both the short and long term. The role focuses on aligning brand initiatives with the company's overall objectives while overseeing product launches and multichannel campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive marketing plans for each brand and its portfolio.
• Create and implement strategic launch plans for new products.
• Coordinate multichannel (digital and traditional) campaigns to boost brand performance.
• Produce marketing materials that reflect the defined brand strategy.
• Conduct market analysis, monitor sell‑in/sell‑out data and manage inventory levels.
• Gather market insights through field visits, competitor analysis, and consumer/patient research to identify new opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, medical societies and patient groups.
• Organize and lead cross‑functional teams required for brand development and product launches.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Brand Manager in the pharmaceutical industry or retail pharmacy sector.
• Demonstrated success launching new products.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and adaptability skills (Caliper competencies).
• Excellent influence, persuasion and relationship‑building abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on compliance.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
