IT Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to manage and staff its growing pipeline of technology projects. Working remotely, you will act as the bridge between client services, sales, and the talent acquisition team, ensuring the right candidates are matched to the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, select, and present pre‑vetted IT candidates for open positions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end vetting process from the client side, maintaining quality and speed.
• Collaborate daily with Client Services, Sales, and the broader Talent Acquisition team.
• Write candidate summaries and edit resumes to highlight relevant experience.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to keep hiring processes on track.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT recruiting or technical talent acquisition.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English (advanced level).
• Adaptable, team‑oriented, and business‑focused.
