About the role

The Delivery Inspector ensures that residential units are handed over to clients in perfect condition. This involves conducting technical and physical inspections, coordinating corrective actions with contractors, and managing the final hand‑over process.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed technical and physical reviews of each residential unit to verify compliance with quality standards and project finishes.
• Create and monitor a punch‑list for each unit until all items are resolved.
• Request, evaluate and negotiate quotations from contractors and suppliers for corrective work.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors and subcontractors, ensuring timelines, quality, and technical specifications are met.
• Oversee the formal delivery of completed units to owners.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a technical construction discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience supervising finishes, remodels, or residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, technical specifications, and market pricing.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans.
• Independent, assertive in managing contractors, detail‑oriented, and customer‑service focused.
