Inside Sales Representative – Remote LATAM (Contractor)

About the role

We are hiring a Sales & Leasing Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective residents of a rapidly expanding U.S. real‑estate investment firm. The fully remote, call‑heavy position focuses on fast response, lead conversion and tour scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the CRM throughout the shift, contact every new lead within 60 minutes, and make multiple strategic attempts until a connection is made.
• Build rapport quickly, qualify prospects, overcome objections, and schedule property tours without missed opportunities.
• Accurately log all call activity, lead details, objections and outcomes in the CRM, updating statuses and next steps for the touring team.
• Own daily and weekly call and tour‑booking goals, identify trends in objections or drop‑offs, and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Exceptional phone presence – confident, friendly and persuasive.
• Natural sales ability – listens well, creates urgency and asks the right questions.
• Self‑starter who moves fast without supervision and solves problems proactively.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and resilient to rejection.
• Comfortable with high‑volume, repetitive call‑heavy environments.

What we offer

• $1,400 base salary plus uncapped commissions (OTE $1,800‑$2,500+).
• Bi‑weekly base payments and monthly commissions.
