Inside Sales Representative – AI‑Driven Sales Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will lead the integration of Generative AI into our B2B enterprise sales process. In this role you will design, build and deploy AI‑powered tools that give sales reps real‑time insights during customer interactions, directly influencing conversion rates and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and launch GenAI‑driven tools that provide live customer preferences, upsell signals and deal‑scoring to sales representatives during calls.
• Own the end‑to‑end creation of machine‑learning forecasting models that achieve ≥95 % accuracy and auto‑recalibrate within 48 hours of market changes.
• Drive a measurable ≥20 % increase in sales conversion rates attributable to AI tool deployment.
• Define and execute the long‑term AI strategy for the sales organization, aligning initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Mentor and develop L2 AI Innovation Specialists, conducting technical reviews and fostering skill growth.
• Produce actionable market analysis reports and forecasts that guide proactive business strategies.
• Communicate AI strategy, progress and ROI to senior leadership and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales with a proven record of closing complex deals.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and machine‑learning concepts applied to sales processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic AI initiatives and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Experience mentoring technical staff and delivering projects on time with measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
