Inside Sales Manager

About the role

We’re seeking an Inside Sales Manager who will ensure every sales lead is properly followed up and nothing falls through the cracks. The role lives inside the CRM, keeping it organized, up‑to‑date, and guaranteeing each lead has a clear next step. You must be comfortable picking up the phone, calling leads directly, and booking appointments while communicating in perfect English.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and organize all sales leads inside the CRM
• Make sure every lead has a clear next step and follow‑up date
• Call leads directly and book appointments
• Follow up by phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
• Ensure salespeople are following up on their leads
• Identify leads and deals that are getting stuck
• Track open opportunities across multiple businesses and client accounts
• Provide management with a clear view of every important lead
• Prevent any opportunity from being forgotten

Required profile

• Perfect or near‑perfect English (spoken and written)
• Strong CRM experience
• Very comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• Confident speaking on the phone with business owners and executives
• Extremely organized and detail‑oriented
• Proactive and comfortable holding people accountable
• Experience in inside sales, account management, sales operations, or customer success
