Industrial Integration Engineer (OT) – Operational Technology

About the role

We are seeking an Industrial Integration Engineer specialized in Operational Technology (OT) to lead the delivery of warehouse and industrial automation projects. The role focuses on hands‑on integration of hardware, software, and networking solutions within modern logistics environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and commission Warehouse Operational Technology (OT) solutions.
• Implement and integrate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Yard Management Systems (YMS).
• Deploy automation and control systems including PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI and MES platforms.
• Manage APIs and enterprise system integrations for seamless data flow.
• Configure OT networking (WAN/LAN, wireless, industrial networking) and edge‑to‑cloud connectivity.
• Integrate RFID, barcode, rugged mobile devices, label printing and Mobile Device Management (e.g., SOTI).
• Apply industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus, OPC UA and MQTT.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering warehouse technology and industrial integration projects.
• Strong execution and delivery capabilities in complex OT environments.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
