Industrial Integration Engineer (Operational Technology)

About the role

We are seeking an Industrial Integration Engineer specialized in Operational Technology to lead the delivery of warehouse‑focused automation and integration projects. The role is hands‑on, focused on implementing and supporting OT solutions without managerial responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and commission Warehouse Operational Technology (OT) solutions.
• Integrate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Yard Management Systems (YMS) with existing infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain automation and control systems using PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI and MES platforms.
• Configure and support Manhattan SCALE, Körber/HighJump or similar WMS platforms.
• Create APIs and perform enterprise system integrations.
• Manage OT networking including WAN/LAN, wireless and industrial networking.
• Deploy edge computing and cloud connectivity for warehouse operations.
• Implement RFID, barcode, rugged mobile devices and label‑printing solutions.
• Administer Mobile Device Management solutions such as SOTI.
• Utilize industrial communication protocols like Ethernet/IP, Modbus, OPC UA and MQTT.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience delivering warehouse technology and industrial integration projects.
• Strong execution and delivery capabilities in integration and engineering roles.
• Ability to work independently without managerial duties.
