Human Resources Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Human Resources Officer to support our HR Director in delivering day‑to‑day people operations for our global teams. Based in Panama City’s historic Casco Viejo district, you will help create a smooth, positive employee experience from onboarding through offboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding for employees across international locations.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, equipment allocation and system access.
• Support recruitment by screening resumes, scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Organise internal events, team lunches, engagement activities and culture initiatives.
• Assist with continuous improvement of HR processes and daily people‑operations tasks.
• Help keep the office environment welcoming, organized and functional.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing and IT on cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and proactive.
• Strong communicator with excellent follow‑through.
• Enjoys helping others and creating positive experiences.
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably BambooHR.
