About the role

Zoomlion, one of the world’s top ten producers of heavy machinery, is seeking an HR Specialist to help shape its future in Latin America. You will gain cutting‑edge knowledge, act autonomously, and become a trusted partner in customer relations while laying the groundwork for the company’s expansion in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit local employees.
• Support the company registration process at the local level.
• Seek administrative support alternatives.
• Manage and negotiate with local vendors and suppliers.
• Oversee the training of local employees.
• Handle payroll calculation and social security procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR department.
• Excellent negotiation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Panamanian labor law.
• Strong payroll calculation and employer‑relationship management abilities.
• Solid business acumen to navigate a complex organization.
• Leadership and people‑management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
