Guest Experience Concierge (Bilingual)

About the role

Casco View Life, a boutique serviced‑apartment operator in Santa Ana, Panama City, is seeking a bilingual Guest Experience Concierge to be the primary point of contact for international travelers, digital nomads and expats. The role combines front‑desk duties, concierge services and coordination with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a high‑standard stay.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest check‑ins and check‑outs, verify IDs, complete registrations and deliver access information.
• Communicate with guests via Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, WhatsApp and email.
• Process payments, security deposits and billing using POS systems and payment links.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to prepare units before arrival.
• Provide concierge services such as restaurant reservations, tours, transportation and local recommendations.
• Handle luggage storage, package handling and parking logs.
• Manage in‑room service requests, arrange delivery and billing.
• Address guest concerns promptly and follow escalation protocols.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming front‑desk area and operate the property golf cart for guest assistance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, hotel, serviced apartments or short‑term rentals.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Professional, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with PMS platforms such as Hostify, Guesty, Cloudbeds or Opera.
• Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia channels.
• Comfort with payment processing, POS systems, Gmail and WhatsApp.
