Graphic Designer Administrative Assistant

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Panama District combines creative graphic design with essential administrative support. You will help maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing materials, digital assets, flyers, banners, social media visuals and presentations in line with brand guidelines.
• Prepare layouts and visual content for internal and external communications, both print and digital.
• Update presentations, documents and reports, ensuring visual accuracy and timely delivery.
• Organise files, records and digital assets, supporting efficient document management.
• Assist with scheduling, basic correspondence and coordination between marketing, operations and leadership teams.
• Support the preparation of reports and marketing collateral, contributing to overall project timelines.

Required profile

• Proficiency with industry‑standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Canva.
• Experience creating marketing and promotional materials for print and digital channels.
• Strong administrative abilities: document preparation, data entry, file management and schedule coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Collaborative, customer‑focused mindset and basic knowledge of industrial or B2B marketing environments.
