About the role

Compesa Group, an international industrial supply company based in Panama, is looking for a Territorial Sales Manager to lead commercial activities in the assigned region. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing distributor relationships, and driving volume and profitability for tire and heavy‑equipment products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the territory sales plan in alignment with company objectives.
• Visit distributors and key customers on‑site to present proposals, negotiate contracts and follow up on orders.
• Coordinate closely with logistics and procurement teams to ensure a seamless door‑to‑door delivery experience.
• Monitor market trends, prepare sales reports and propose actions to increase product penetration.
• Provide basic commercial and technical training to customers and internal teams.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills for managing distributor and fleet relationships.
• Proven experience in sales and sales management, including offer preparation, deal closing and target tracking.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a proactive, results‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Data analysis and commercial reporting.
• Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
