Gerente de Visual Merchandising

About the role

We are looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager to design, lead and implement the visual merchandising strategy across all stores, ensuring a consistent brand experience that drives sales, productivity and profitability per square metre.

Key responsibilities

• Define the corporate visual merchandising strategy and ensure its rollout in every branch.
• Create exhibition, ambience and visual communication concepts aligned with campaigns and commercial seasons.
• Optimize store layouts, shopping paths and category organization to maximize sales and square‑meter profitability.
• Guarantee correct implementation of planograms, signage and visual standards across locations.
• Lead opening projects, remodels and category redistribution initiatives.
• Monitor performance indicators such as sales by category, productivity per m² and campaign compliance.
• Propose continuous improvements based on trend analysis, consumer behaviour and commercial results.
• Develop and lead the visual merchandising team, building capabilities and ensuring consistent execution standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture or related fields; master’s or specialization in Retail Management or Marketing is desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in retail chains with multiple stores.
• Proven experience in store openings, remodels and commercial transformation projects.
• Experience managing visual merchandising teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of layouts, planograms, category management and customer experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• English language skills are desirable.
