About the role
We are looking for a Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our Panama City location. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with administrative and operational processes while driving productivity and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all store operations, guaranteeing adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, implement stock‑replenishment processes and maintain optimal product availability.
- Supervise the fulfillment process, monitor performance and suggest improvements to boost efficiency.
- Control loss prevention, waste management and inventory accuracy.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of associates to achieve service and sales targets.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of experience leading and developing teams.
- At least three years of experience in the supermarket or fast‑food sector.
- Proven track record in loss prevention, waste management and inventory control.
