About the role

The company is seeking a senior Accounting Services Manager to lead its outsourcing division. This role will oversee high‑performing teams in a dynamic, innovative environment and ensure delivery of top‑quality accounting services to both local and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Accounting Outsourcing Services Department.
• Supervise quality and compliance of services delivered to local and international clients.
• Ensure adherence to applicable accounting and regulatory standards.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary professional teams.
• Provide technical advice in the preparation and review of financial statements.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Authorized Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• Advanced studies or a master’s degree (preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 7 years of proven experience leading accounting, audit, or outsourcing functions.
• Strong knowledge of full IFRS and IFRS for SMEs.
• Experience in preparation and analysis of financial statements.
