About the role

OMC Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth by generating new opportunities, acquiring clients, and expanding market presence. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on commercial execution in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement business development strategies to acquire new customers.
• Identify target markets, segments and prospects, manage prospecting activities and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct meetings with potential clients, understand their needs, present OMC services and prepare commercial proposals.
• Develop and strengthen networks of referrers, intermediaries and strategic partners.
• Lead and mentor the commercial team under your responsibility.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, Economics or related fields; postgraduate studies in Commercial Management or Business Development are a plus.
• Proven experience in business development, prospecting, consultative sales and managing pipelines.
• Advanced English (spoken and written) for professional communication.
• Experience building relationships with end‑clients, intermediaries, strategic allies or referral networks.
• Strong strategic thinking, result orientation and executive‑level negotiation skills.
