About the role

We are looking for a CRM Manager to lead strategic market, client and competitor analysis, supporting commercial decision‑making and sales optimisation. The role will be based in our Panama office and will use CRM and BI tools to improve customer segmentation and business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage data analysis models to identify growth and commercial optimisation opportunities.
• Coordinate collection, processing and analysis of market, client and competitor information.
• Produce strategic reports and insights for commercial decisions.
• Implement Business Intelligence (BI) and CRM tools to increase efficiency of commercial analysis.
• Support definition of pricing, promotion and customer segmentation strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and finance teams to align commercial strategies.
• Monitor market trends and consumer behaviour.
• Evaluate effectiveness of commercial campaigns and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Ensure data quality and integrity for decision‑making.
• Build dashboards and key metrics to measure commercial performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, marketing, finance, economics or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial intelligence, data analysis or related roles.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Leadership and team‑management skills.
• Result‑oriented mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
