About the role

PwC is seeking a Gerente de Consultoría Legal Tributaria to lead and manage tax and legal advisory projects. The role combines strategic client support with oversight of technical deliverables, ensuring high‑value solutions for complex fiscal challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate legal, tax and administrative advisory projects, supervising teams and ensuring technical quality of all deliverables.
• Review and validate legal opinions, reports, normative analyses and other technical documentation prepared by the team.
• Manage interactions with governmental entities such as the Dirección General de Ingresos and the Registro Público, handling procedures and filings on behalf of clients.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes, assess their impact, and propose actionable opportunities for clients.
• Maintain and develop client relationships, understanding needs and delivering timely, value‑adding solutions.

Required profile

• Law degree (Licenciatura en Derecho y Ciencias Políticas) with professional qualification to practice law.
• 8–12 years of experience in tax, fiscal and administrative law, preferably in consulting firms or legal practices.
• Proven experience leading advisory projects and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced English proficiency, capable of reading and drafting professional documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and client‑relationship skills.
