About the role

The Private Banking Manager will lead commercial activities and sell local and international capital‑market products to high‑net‑worth clients in Panama and Central America. The role focuses on understanding clients' financial needs and offering tailored investment solutions that match their risk profile and return expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients, providing personalized financial advice.
• Promote and sell a range of capital‑market products, both domestic and cross‑border.
• Analyze client risk tolerance and profitability goals to propose suitable investment alternatives.
• Build long‑term trusted relationships that generate revenue for both the client and the bank.

Required profile

• Proven experience in private banking, wealth management, or capital‑markets sales.
