Gerente Comercial – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Manager to shape and execute the commercial strategy of a fast‑growing real‑estate company operating in Panama and expanding into international markets. The role combines leadership of the sales force with close collaboration with marketing, client partners, and international project promotion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the commercial team to achieve sales targets.
• Oversee the design and execution of marketing strategies aligned with commercial goals.
• Create and implement sales‑driving initiatives and monitor performance metrics.
• Identify new business opportunities and track results against objectives.
• Strengthen relationships with clients, strategic allies and partners.
• Participate in the commercialization of projects in international markets.
• Represent the company at real‑estate fairs and industry events.
• Occasionally travel abroad for business development and networking.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the real‑estate sector.
• Track record of leading commercial teams.
• Background in commercial management and/or marketing.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strategic, results‑oriented mindset.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally (U.S. visa required).
