About the role

We are a leading services provider seeking a Gerente Comercial to drive our commercial strategy, expand B2B sales, and strengthen relationships with corporate clients. The role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and hands‑on client management to achieve growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement commercial strategies focused on growth and profitability.
• Manage and deepen the portfolio of corporate customers.
• Oversee CRM usage to track opportunities and results.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team.
• Monitor commercial KPIs, forecast sales, and create action plans.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and strategic alliances.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and budget compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial leadership or sales management.
• Proven experience managing corporate (B2B) clients.
• Strong track record in team supervision, development and motivation.
• Ability to work with performance indicators, forecasting and sales planning.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
