Full Stack Software Engineer, Product Platform

About the role

We are looking for full‑stack software engineers to design, build, and secure an internal data and workflow platform that powers a multi‑studio architecture and interior‑design firm. The role can range from hands‑on feature development to leading platform architecture and security, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, debug, and maintain full‑stack web features from UI to backend and third‑party integrations.
• Work with a relational data model in PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Build and sustain integrations with productivity suites and external APIs.
• Implement AI‑powered capabilities such as retrieval pipelines, embeddings, and natural‑language‑to‑query functions.
• Contribute to engineering standards, including testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
• For senior engineers: own application security, define platform architecture, and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Strong debugging and root‑cause analysis abilities.
• Ownership mindset with comfort working across the full stack.
• Clear written communication in code and documentation.
• Good judgment on technical trade‑offs, suited to a fast‑moving small team.
• Experience collaborating directly with end users.

Required skills

• TypeScript and JavaScript (full‑stack production experience)
• React and modern front‑end development
• PostgreSQL schema design, queries, and performance tuning
• Supabase or comparable backend‑as‑a‑service
• API development and third‑party integration (Microsoft Graph, Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, Office.js)
• Cloud deployment on Vercel, Azure, or AWS
• Git, code review, automated testing, CI/CD
• Application security awareness (hands‑on for senior level)
• LLM API integration, retrieval pipelines, embeddings, structured output
• Optional: 3D model viewer or BIM APIs (e.g., Autodesk Platform Services), Revit API, C#.NET, WebView2
