Full Stack Engineer – Clojure/ClojureScript (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Full Stack Engineer to own end‑to‑end features for a retail AI outfitting platform. The role involves designing database schemas, building backend services that integrate with large language model (LLM) APIs, and creating frontend interfaces used by enterprise retailers and millions of shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement database schema and SQL queries in PostgreSQL.
• Develop backend services that call and consume LLM APIs to power AI‑driven functionality.
• Orchestrate multi‑step AI workflows using appropriate tooling.
• Build and maintain frontend components with ClojureScript.
• Enable semantic search across large product catalogs.
• Make independent architectural decisions and ensure high‑quality code delivery.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong command of Clojure and practical experience with ClojureScript.
• Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL and SQL schema design.
• Experience deploying and consuming LLM APIs in production.
• Proficiency in English (advanced).
