Freelance Mechanical BIM Specialist (Mechanical Engineer)

About the role

You will work on real Mechanical BIM projects, developing and coordinating high‑quality BIM models for global engineering and construction assignments. Using Revit, you will create mechanical systems models, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure delivery aligns with client requirements and BIM standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed mechanical systems models in Revit.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate BIM data.
• Maintain compliance with project BIM standards and client specifications.
• Support BIM coordination, clash detection, and model validation.
• Deliver models at Level of Development 350.

Required profile

• Mechanical Engineering degree.
• 3+ years of experience using Revit on BIM projects.
• Advanced Revit knowledge with proven Mechanical BIM design experience.
• Experience modeling HVAC, ductwork, piping, sheet metal, and mechanical equipment.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency and immediate availability.
• Own computer/laptop for remote work.
