Fraud Representative

About the role

Circle Logistics is seeking a Fraud Representative to protect the integrity of its transportation operations. You will play a key role in detecting and preventing fraudulent activities involving carriers and dispatchers, ensuring smooth and secure freight movements.

Key responsibilities

• Validate carrier and dispatcher information and related documentation.
• Monitor carrier activity, identify potential fraud risks, and investigate suspicious transactions.
• Track shipments, coordinate freight movements using the company’s TMS, and communicate with drivers to ensure on‑time pickups and deliveries.
• Verify Bills of Lading, freight charges, and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and investigations.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues and minimize operational risks.
• Monitor time‑sensitive loads, proactively report delays, and perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Advanced English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, dispatch, or call‑center environments.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with billing, invoicing, or accounts reconciliation.
