Finance & Accounting Stewardship Specialist

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end check issuance process, including generating runs in SAP, coordinating signatures, bank certification, and delivery to end‑users while providing basic support for inquiries.
• Maintain and update databases for authorized check signers and bank messengers.
• Control access to the physical General Offices file, organizing, accommodating, retrieving information, and updating the database with document locations and types.
• Generate electronic bank account statements for legal entities via the banking portal.
• Provide audit assistance by generating SAP reports and conducting payment analyses.
• Administer the “ACTIVE” asset tax depreciation system, analyzing tables and databases and maintaining communication with the Assets group.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree holder with a career interest in Finance & Accounting and stewardship.
