Executive Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition for professional and leadership positions at Circle Logistics. In this role you will partner closely with hiring managers, design sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience that supports our growth in the logistics sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain an outstanding candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruiting metrics and ensure accurate documentation in the ATS.
• Stay informed on market trends, compensation data and recruiting best practices.

Required profile

• Advanced written and spoken English (mandatory).
• Minimum 4 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably corporate.
• Experience recruiting for professional, technical or leadership‑level roles.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree preferred.
