About the role

We are looking for a commercially‑driven and tech‑savvy Sales Executive to generate new business and deliver end‑to‑end POS and electronic invoicing solutions for restaurants, hotels, beauty salons, retail stores and other establishments in Panama.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients through calls, social media, referrals, visits and other channels.
• Identify business opportunities in the hospitality and retail sectors.
• Manage leads and opportunities in a CRM, keeping all client information, proposals and closures up to date.
• Follow prospects through the sales cycle until the deal is closed.
• Demonstrate and explain technology solutions for point‑of‑sale and electronic invoicing.
• Prepare commercial proposals and track quotations.
• Install, configure and test POS equipment and integrate it with e‑invoicing systems.
• Train customers on basic usage and provide post‑sale support.
• Resolve basic configuration, connectivity or operational issues.

Required profile

• University student in Systems Engineering, Software, Networks, IT, Electronics, Telecommunications or a commercial field with a technology focus.
• At least 1 year of experience selling technology, equipment, software or POS solutions.
• Proven experience in prospecting new clients and using a CRM to track opportunities.
• Knowledge of installing and configuring technological equipment.
• Understanding of POS systems and electronic invoicing.
• Basic knowledge of networks, connectivity, printers and device configuration.
• Ability to learn new platforms quickly and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Strong sales orientation, negotiation skills and goal‑driven attitude.
