About the role

The International Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities while maintaining long‑term relationships with key accounts. The role demands a results‑driven professional with advanced negotiation skills and a strategic mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Actively prospect and qualify potential clients through digital channels, cold email outreach, phone calls, and networking.
• Manage the full sales pipeline in a CRM system, from initial contact to contract signing and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Conduct consultative sales by diagnosing client needs and presenting high‑value, customized proposals.
• Lead commercial meetings, negotiate contractual terms and pricing, and close deals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor actions to adapt sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive, Account Executive, or similar commercial role, preferably in sectors such as holiday goods, textiles/apparel, decoration, or home products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, Commercial Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms and prospecting tools for digital outreach.
