About the role

BERA Motorcycles Panamá is looking for a proactive Sales Executive to drive motorcycle sales, assist customers in‑store and online, and help the company meet its commercial targets. The ideal candidate will combine strong customer service with a keen eye for sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Attend and advise customers at the branch and through digital channels.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable motorcycles, accessories, or parts.
• Follow up promptly on prospects and sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and record client information.
• Achieve the commercial objectives set by the company.
• Coordinate required documentation for each sale.
• Guide customers through vehicle transfer procedures.
• Accompany the sales process until motorcycle delivery.
• Use digital and AI tools to improve client interaction and follow‑up.
• Maintain trusted relationships with new and existing customers.

Required profile

• Proactive, punctual, responsible and well‑organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Goal‑oriented with a team‑work mindset.
• Experience in the automotive or motorcycle sector is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proven sales experience.
• Ability to ride motorcycles.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle transfer documentation.
• Basic familiarity with artificial‑intelligence tools.
• Basic digital tools and customer‑tracking (CRM) systems.
